都市の外側の Liberty County

Liberty County proper は Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC) で River City と Springfield を結ぶ rural expanse。River City が skyscraper、Springfield が suburban cul-de-sac を繰り返す一方、county は farmland、long straight、緩やかな hill、LCSO deputy が downtown の RCPD では維持しにくい速度で patrol する highway merge に開ける。bank や jewelry alarm から逃げる犯罪者は survival timer 前に interceptor を振り切るためこれらの道路を狙うことが多い。

LCSO が county highway と Springfield suburb へ feed する多くの connector road で primary jurisdiction。active felony 中は RCPD pursuit が border を cross するが、suspect が River City bridge を抜けたら deputy が lead する想定。major wreck 後 county lane に DOT work zone と RCFR mutual aid が現れ — cone pattern が patch ごとに effective pursuit line を変える。

新人が county geography を無視するのは危険。open sightline は helicopter callout と spike strip に有利。farm access road は advanced heist を計画する team の second getaway vehicle swap point になる。

高速道路、merge、pursuit dynamics

County highway は ER:LC 最高速度の combat zone。LCSO Tahoe と Charger pursuit がここで安定；dirt shoulder で throttle を誤ると River City interceptor は spin。suspect の civilian sports coupe は police が early air support を coordinate しない限り Crown Victoria trainee を outrun 可能。

Springfield suburb から county road への merge lane は escalate する house robbery chase の spike strip theater。DOT が tow のため one lane close — police は両方向 stack より roadblock を adapt。highway exit で curve radius を misjudge すると rollover で pursuit 即終了。

low-population DOT か LCSO shift で全 on-ramp/off-ramp を学べ。River City block だけ暗記した犯罪者は LCSO unit が waiting deputy に radio ahead する first long straight で落ちる。

LCSO patrol と犯罪 escape planning

LCSO deputy は county sheriff facility spawn、Springfield response と River City assist call の間で highway loop。rural gas station の plate check が Tool Store run 後 stolen spawn を捕捉。straightaway PIT 試行で sedan flip する場所に SUV が適合。

犯罪 team は main highway 外に backup civilian vehicle stash — exploit なし購入なら合法 — jewelry や ATM 後 fresh plate で Springfield grid 再入前に swap。bank survival phase は loot が downtown 開始でも county time を要求することが多い。

Landmark と cross-region link

County maintenance の DOT yard は River City downtown から離れる — approach road は Key Locations 参照。city engine が multiple alarm で committed 時 RCFR mutual aid が county highway を走る。rural accident の hospital run は player choice と server rules で River City か Springfield entrance に divert。
